On his plate is a tomavo made of nut pate, tomato, avocado, on onion "bread" of ground flaxseed, ground sunflower seed, pureed onions and olive oil with Rawmesan (a commercial product of walnuts, sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast and salt); on her plate is a nori wrap: nori, fig marmalade, cashew "cheese," beet, sunflower sprouts, avocado, crispy onion, spinach, "salt & vinegar" zucchini chips all with a dipping sauce.
